Just to reiterate, Closed, open again maybe in April. (maybe, I may never re-open :P).

Please understand also that I will be answering past and present commissioners first and foremost.
I'll try to check messages at least once a week as I am extremely busy with senior year of college. I will be working on thesis and need to stay ahead or will fail (it would cost me 40,000 to go back a year, which I can't do). Also, if you're not a commissioner, plese be patient. I can't handle too much stress at the moment.
