By purchasing a design/adopt from DonutMunchie or any associated accounts, you hereby agree to all following terms. ( Effective on purchases dated 7/13/2021 and onwards; purchases made beforehand will continue to follow their original terms. )

These terms are subject to change at any time with little to no notice.

Failure to follow these terms will result in an instant blacklist from all future sales and/or trades.

General

- Under no circumstances will anyone be allowed to trace, steal, color pick, or reference my designs, unless I personally state otherwise.
- You CANNOT claim the design as your own. You MUST provide credit to me as the original designer at least once by way of the following:

- Should it apply, you must also credit the owners of any aspects I used when creating the design, such as lineart, bases or color palettes. They will be listed in the artwork's description.
- You may only use the design for personal use. You CANNOT use them for commercial purposes.
- It is my right to not sell an adopt/design to anyone for any reason.
- It is my right to use the original art as an example piece for artsites/portfolios/etc.
- You may use the character however you wish, EXCEPT in any harmful ways such as, but not limited to, hate speech or derogatory terms.
- You may change any aspects of the design and any written information (names, backgrounds, personalities, species, etc.) after purchasing, but please keep them somewhat recognizable.
- Any attempts at scamming or charge-backs will result in an instant blacklist from all future purchases.

Purchasing and Payment

- Payments are made through Paypal as USD only.
- I will either send you an invoice or ask you to send payment via my email.
- If being sent a invoice:
- I will ask for your Paypal email and send the invoice through Paypal. I will notify you when I have done so.
- If asked to send payment with my email:
- Remember to select the 'Goods and Services' option and select the 'No address needed' option during checkout. You are receiving digital goods and nothing will be shipped.
- Payment must be sent within 48 hours (2 days). After the 48 hour period, I will notify you that the design will be put back up for sale.
- Feel free to ask if I can hold the adopt longer for you, you must state so when claiming.
- DO NOT send payment until I directly confirm and ask for it.
- No refunds will be issued whatsoever. You are free to ask if I would like to buy the character back.
- Once payment has been received, I will note/message you the unwatermarked version, or you may ask me to transfer them via Toyhou.se.

Reselling, Gifting, and Trading

- You are free to resell, gift, or trade designs/adopts after purchase.
- You CANNOT resell the design for more than what you paid for, unless there is additional art added on.
- Not necessary, but I would appreciate being informed of the new owner.
